PAYMENT

1.How many ways of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Internet Banking or Bank Transfer(via ATM) and PayPal.

2.Will my information be kept private?

We will have no information relating to your credit card details.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.

3.Am I able to change my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.Please double check your order before you make the payment.

DELIVERY&SHIPPING

-  All packages are shipped out via SINGPOST-  All items will be mailed within 5 to 7 days after payments have been verified.-  Please take note that weekends are not considered as working days-  You will receive a shipment notification once your order has been despatch-  Do take note that KebayaTalk does not take responsibility for any lost mails

Normal Mail( For Delivery Within Singapore)

-  Delivery via Normal Postage (Extra SGD 2.00) on top of item price
-  Normal Mail is not recommended as SINGPOST is unable to track their  whereabouts due to no tracking number for normal mail

Registered Mail(For Delivery Within Singapore)
- Delivery via Registered Postage (Extra SGD 4.00) on top of item price

- Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost  postman
- In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the  address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office
- Tracking number is available.To track registered article status,click HERE
